Job Title: Procurement Officer

General Purpose
Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, involves the process of selecting vendors, distributors, establishing payment terms, Product Planning and execution throughout the various product life-cycle. Working closely with sales, service team, marketing and support to ensure revenue customer satisfaction goals are met. Ensuring that the negotiation of contracts and actual purchasing of goods, services and work that is vital and is suitable to support the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Sourcing & negotiating for better price
-
Prioritize Services and Sales orders
-
Keep track of all POs sent to supplier & ensuring all freight charges are correctly applied
-
Reports on stock movement, inventory & ordering when necessary
-
Updates on ETA’s Local & Overseas order coming via Sea or Air
-
Do travel arrangement/Appointments etc. for upper management
-
Assist colleague whenever necessary

Processing Purchased Orders
-
Monitoring Inventory for Re-Order

Ensuring all Stock Prices Updated

Must have more than 3 years of experience in similar role

Working Conditions
Favourable working conditions. Employee is required to work a standard 84 hours per fortnight which incorporates a rostered Saturday.
