Reporting To (Title): To General Manager Sales & Marketing

Primary objective of the job:

Manages sales of computer hardware, software services to existing clients. Identify further sales opportunities, prepare presentation of ICT sales proposals and tenders to new clients. Maintaining customer satisfactory.

 

 

Number of persons managed/supervised and their positions:

NIL

Main Duties and Responsibilities: (maximum of 10 duties)

  • Compiles lists of prospective client businesses using trade directories and other sources

  • Acquires and updates knowledge of employer's and competitors' goods and services, and market conditions

  • Follows up with clients to ensure satisfaction with ICT goods and services purchased, arranges modifications and resolves any problems that arise.

  • Making clients aware of other services and actions that may lead greater successes.

  • Monitor the client’s budget explain the cost and negotiate new terms if necessary.

  • Keep up with trends or changes that the competitor actions that might affect their clients.

  • Manage sales of computer hardware and software services to exiting account clients

  • Able priorities multi responsibilities on time – balancing client’s deliveries on times on projects

  • Maintain good relationships with clients

  • Meet customer satisfaction and manage pretention plan for clients.

 

 

Requirements

  • 5 years’ experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs. (IT background in IT solutions)

  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in ICT Sales would be advantage

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

  • Experience in preparing contracts and negotiating contracts

  • Dynamic personal able to effectively engage and influence in a variety of audience at all levels of Business

  • Project and program management experience, knowledge of key concepts include phases, plans, scope and tasks.
