Integrated excellence
Our main copra buying point in Papua New Giuinea is Toboi Mill. This mill services the Gazelle Peninsula area of East New Britain.
Additionally, we operate offshore buying depots in Buka, Kavieng, and Namatanai. Further points are located along the coast of New Britain and New Ireland.
This business integrates the WR Carpenter Estate Coconut Plantation, which has three estates totalling over 2700 hectares. Our processing facility, based in Madang Province, is the largest in Papua New Guinea.
The facility produces coconut oil and copra meal, mainly for export, and houses bulk storage tanks for crude coconut oil, with a production capacity of over 30,000 metric tons annually.
Exceeding standards
Our processing plants have attained Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service (AQIS) certification, allowing us to export a significant portion of our copra meal to Australia and New Zealand. We also export to Vietnam, Korea, India, and other Asian countries.
