Job Title:   SWING LIFT OPERATOR

Location:   CSL 8 MILE DEPOT

Reports to:   Supervisor & General Manager

General Purpose

• Operate to load Empty/Full containers - 20’GP ft & 40’HC

​

​

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Do pre-checks on swing lift daily

• knows routines in the city

• Report any matters to superiors

• Manage timing very well during working hours   

 

 

Education and Training

• Certificate of Grade 10

• Certificate of any training attended in line with duties

• Certificate of Police Clearance

• Medical Certificate Reports

• Job training Certificate (if any) - References

 

 

Knowledge and Experience

• 3 years and above operating swing lift experience – drivers’ license if possible.

Working Conditions

• Able to work long hours

• Able to work Overtimes

Must attend to work Monday to Saturday
