Job Title:   SEMI TRAILER DRIVER

Location:   8 MILE DEPOT

Reports to:   PERBA SIVALINGAM and PAUL TIANA

General Purpose

• Driving heavy trucks

• loading of Empty/Full containers in & out of wharf

• load break bulk cargoes

 

 

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Do pre-checks on fleet daily

• Knows road traffic rules/routines in the city

• Report any matters to superiors

• Manage timing very well during working hours 

 

 

Education and Training

• Certificate of Grade 10 –

• Certificate of any training attended in line with duties –

• Certificate of Police Clearance –

• Medical Certificate Reports –

• Job training Certificate (if any) - References

 

 

Knowledge and Experience

• 5 years and above driving experience – PNG Class 4 driver’s license

• Sober habit – Team Player – take up challenges  

 

 

Working Conditions

• Work long hours – Overtimes – Must attend to work Monday to Saturday
