Primary objective of the job:

Is responsible for maintaining the highest quality standards in a production company. They help develop, protect, and audit all processes that may impact certain qualities. This monitoring ensures that customers will receive nothing but top-notch service.

 

 

Number of persons managed/supervised and their positions:

Globe: x1 Quality Assurance officer and x 36 Factory worker

Main Duties and Responsibilities: (maximum of 10 duties)

• Understanding customer expectations of and needs from a product.

• Developing quality control processes.

• Designing product specifications.

• Ensuring products are designed with adherence to legal and safety standards.

• Supervising staff and monitoring production standards.

• Examining the quality of raw materials that are used in production.

• Monitoring and evaluating internal production processes.

• Evaluating the final output of products to determine their quality.

• Rejecting products that fail quality standards.

• Engaging with customers and gathering product feedback.

• Producing statistical reports on quality standards.

• Reporting to upper management on quality standard issues.

• Evaluating product recalls.

• Improving production efficiency and managing waste

Requirements

• Bachelor in business administration or relevant field.

• Have 3 to 4 experience working in food industries may be advantages

• Quality control certification is advantageous.

• More 5 years’ experience in as Quality Assurance Manager in pervious employment

• Proficient with Microsoft Officer Suite or related software

• Experience in leadership role from past experience.
