Reporting To (Title): Dealer Principal

Primary objective of the job:

Is to serve as the point of contact assist walk in customers and external customers (

phones & emails) about the products and services we offer.

Number of persons managed/supervised and their positions:


Main Duties and Responsibilities: (maximum of 10 duties)

  • Attend to walk in customers, providing necessary advises on parts

  • Attend to emails and phone calls.

  • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.

  • Confirm all pricing of parts of vehicles

  • Raising quotes/tax invoices

  • Receiving of payments (emails, walk in customers)

  • Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales




  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in sales & marketing but similar role

  • Sound knowledge on vehicle parts and services may be advantage

  • High School grade 12 Certificates

  • Computer Literate (Word, Power Points, Excel, Emails etc)

  • Good customer service skills


Functional Skills:

  • Must have strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Good Negotiating skills

  • You are self-motivated and able to work well independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Good commercial Awareness

  • Good Analytical skills

Internal: Parts and Service team

External: Company’s major clients & customers and local Venders etc
