Job Title: Call Center Attendant

Reporting To (Title): To Call Center Manager

Primary objective of the job:

To ensuree that our customers receive the highest quality customer service support

possible and to engage with active customers & our data base effectively and regularly

on Sales, Service and Parts issues and campaigns.

Number of persons managed/supervised and their positions:

NIL

​

​

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Attend to call queries from customers over the phone

  • Providing information about company products and services

  • Evaluate problems from callers and provide solutions

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, attend to email queries, making sure every one gets the help they need

  • Collect and analysis call and recommend to correct department or sections

Requirements

  • Secondary qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales

  • Knowledge of the automotive industry

  • Computer Literate ( Word, Excel and Power Points )

​

​

 

Functional Skills:

  • Knowledge of the automotive industry

  • Good communication skills

  • Good analytical skills

  • Team player and attentive to details

Internal/External contacts:

Internal: Boroko Motor Team ( Services, Parts, Tyre , New Vehicles etc) and various companies under WR group.

External: Company’s major clients & customers and NOGs.
