Job Title: Assistant Power Generator Service Administrator

Primary objective of the job:
Is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the work order for a service department in Power Generator Team.
Number of persons managed/supervised and their positions:
NIL
​
Main Duties and Responsibilities: (maximum of 10 duties)

Coordinate with the Power Generator Service Administrator, Engineer & Technicians on work order

Prepare call out schedules for PG Sales Representative

Doing follow up on Payments and raising on invoices
-
Preparing job card for Technician Team
-
Updating Client database and liaising on behalf the team with customers.

Meet & greet customer’s (Phone, email, walk-in, appointments) in a timely professional manner.

Manage diaries, meeting schedules and travel bookings for the team, Accommodation
-
Manager office stationery, uniforms and safety equipment or company tools
-
Prepare timesheets and assist Power Generator Service Administrator to plan leave schedules for the team. Liaison on behalf the team with customers.

Meet & greet customer’s (Phone, email, walk-in, appointments) in a timely professional manner.

Other administrative duties that are required in the Power Generator Division.

Requirements
-
4 years’ experience in administrative, especially in the service department
-
Excellent computing skills (Microsoft word, excel, power points and emails)
-
Experience working in a franchise environment and similar industry.

Must have experience doing travel & accommodation bookings
-
Must have experience in raising job cards and raising invoices. Should know the standard processes for both.

Must have experience in raising Purchase Orders

Must have experience in managing company assets (Asset Register)
