WE ARE HIRING
POSITION TITLE: Aftersales Business Analyst
COMPANY: Boroko Motors
BUSINESS UNIT: Head Office Parts Department
LOCATION: Port Moresby

RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports to: National Parts Manager
Staff Responsibility: N/A
Key Relationships: Head Office Parts staff, Branch Dealer Principals, Parts and Service Managers, and all other Boroko Motors staff when and where required
​
​
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
-
Perform periodic parts price review and ensure the consistency and in pricing to maximize part sales revenue and profit
-
Take action on daily pricing request
-
Prepare and upload supplier parts price file
-
To prepare and discuss parts obsolescence reports to National Parts Manager
-
Respond to the internal and external enquiry regarding the parts pricing
-
Assist in preparation of national and regional retail sales promotional campaigns
-
To prepare, analyse and discuss monthly performance reports to National Parts Manager
-
To prepare, analyse and discuss yearly parts business plans to National Parts Manager
-
To prepare, implement and report on product group / product category sales performance
-
Analysis of Parts Sales Trends
-
Monitoring and measuring changes in FOB and incorporate these into the forecasting, reporting and business planning

KEY SKILLS AND TECHNICAL COMPETNECIES:
-
Ability to collate and analyse data accurately
-
Intermediate to advance Excel and Access Database.
-
Experience with large volume data manipulation
-
Experience in the cost and price maintenance
-
Experience in sales and margin analysis
-
Meticulous attention to detail and be able to maintain high level of accuracy

Minimum Experience & Qualifications:
(a) High school diploma or equivalent, additional education or certification in business analyst or a related field.
(b) Minimum five (5) years relevant experience in the transport, automotive or similar industry
(c) Worked with Titan DMS or a similar automotive DMS system
(d) General automotive parts knowledge
(e) Understanding of accounting systems
