Job Title:    Account Assistant (AP)

Reports to:          Accountant Officer / FC

General Purpose

​

A summary of the overall purpose of the job. Clearly stated in one or two sentences.

​

  1. Complete Day to day work like, Daily Expenses Booking, Payment Reconciliation, Payment (Bank) Entries.

  2. Co-ordination with respective Logistics / Warehouse team and make sure Shipment related payment to be done on time.

  3. Adopt & adhere standard WRC Policy and approval process.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

​

The activities, functions and areas of accountability for the job must be clearly defined here. Start each key task with a verb that describes what the employee must do. Examples include develop, meet, organize, plan, arrange, supervise, communicate, review, prepare, manage, monitor, write, handle, evaluate, maintain, analyse and implement. Minimum of five (5) task/responsibilities are required,

  1. 100% responsible for Payment Reconciliation and timely payments to suppliers / service providers.

  2. 100% AP reconciliation with System

  3. Maintain proper and complete documentation

  4. Follow system process & maintain proper record.

Education, Training, Knowledge and Experience

​

State the necessary level of education and qualifications and training required to perform the job. For example Bachelors Degree, diploma, examinations passed, registrations and accreditation.

​

  1. Grade 12 / Certificate in Accounts.

  2. Minimum 2-3 Year Experience.

  3. Basic Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc) and any ERP System.

Working Conditions

​
