HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the human resources function at divisional levels
• Provide high quality, up to date human resources advice to management and staff
• Manage the recruitment, selection and induction programs
• Manage the performance development process
• Assist with managing OHS, Industrial Relations and Workers’ Compensation with Group HR
• Design and implement change initiatives and carry out on the job trainings
• Integrate within the business to deliver HR & Training solutions to support business goals
• Provide support on disciplinary, grievances and appeal procedures

Requirements:

• Degree in HR/Industrial Relations, Business Management or related field from a reputable institute
• At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Project management, influencing & coaching skills
• Meticulous and Self-Management skills
• Creativity and initiative
• People Management skills and Emotional Intelligence
• Organisation, prioritization and time management skills

HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

Responsibilities:

• Work on specified projects within the HR department - with a key focus on adding value
• Champion HR initiatives and actively promote them within the business to gain buy in and commitment so that they become embedded in our culture
• Integrate within each business to deliver HR & Training solutions to support business goals
• Provide support on disciplinary, grievances, appeals procedures
• To mentor/coach and provide guidance on HR policy and employee relations issues as required
• To support recruitment drives where required

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in HR/Industrial Relations, Business Management or related field from a reputable institute
• At least 2 - 3 years’ experience in a similar field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Project management, influencing & coaching skills
• Creativity and initiative
• People Management skills
• Organisation, prioritization and time management skills

HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT

Key Tasks and Duties:

• Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR Officer
• Compile and update employee records
• Creating and distributing documents
• Coordinate communication with candidate and schedule Interviews
• Assist in Induction of new staffs and ensure relevant Inductions documents and completed

Requirements:

• Relevant Certificate or Diploma level qualifications with at least 1 - 2 years’ experience in related field
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and effectively prioritise workload
• Strong computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
